Maggies Have Seven Wins

The Mighty Maggies had another seven wins this weekend. The A Grade downed final five hopes Stirling in a hard-fought game at Gilbert Fraser Reserve to win by almost five goals. The win was very important because second placed Wesley Curtin were beaten by Scarborough on the last kick of the day giving the Maggies a two game buffer on top of the table. Best players for North Fremantle were Corey Phipps, Peter Oliver, Brad Cox, Daniel Starr. The A Reserves had an excellent win and both Colts teams had runaway wins - the Phil Scott A Colts winning by 14 goals and the Laurie Keene D Colts winning by 19 goals against Wesley Curtin who were two places above them on the ladder. The G Grade had a good win under lights at Gilbert Fraser Reserve this evening and both E Grade teams won against Wesley Curtin at Curtin's SOuth Oval.
